Great service, friendly staff! I always mess up my order bc I dont know the correct "starbucks language" for drinks and they always help me and make exactly what I want!! Love this location.
The workers are always super friendly. This is my absolute favorite starbucks because they are 100% consistent and always get my order right and the drinks are always perfect.
I ordered one coffee at this Starbucks location at around 2:50 PM, but I didn’t receive my drink until about 3:10 PM. Waiting 20 minutes for a single coffee felt far too long. What was especially disappointing was that I noticed the staff prioritizing drive-thru and mobile orders while in-store customers were left waiting without acknowledgment. I felt very frustrated and disappointed with the service. If in-store orders cannot be handled properly, I don’t think they should be accepted at the same time. I hope management can improve the workflow and give equal attention to customers who order inside the store.
